Phil Trinh · Singapore
Founder and operator across e-commerce, logistics, and decentralized infrastructure.
I co-run a few companies and build the tooling that keeps them running. Lately that means AI agent tooling, self-hosted infrastructure, and protocol design.
About
the short versionI co-run SenPrints, a print-on-demand SaaS platform, and Printik, a Houston-based supplier on the same stack — plus AloRide (motorcycle rental in Singapore). Before going independent I was a software engineer at SIG and Grab. These days I spend most of my time on AI agent tooling, self-hosted infrastructure, and protocol design.

Work
things I’ve madeFreeport
A decentralized peer-to-peer marketplace over Nostr — people broadcast what they want to trade, personal agents negotiate matches automatically, and humans confirm. No central operator; the first demo is Singapore rideshare.
Proxy Switchboard
A macOS menu-bar app that routes traffic per destination — send some sites through SSH, SOCKS, WireGuard, or Tor, block trackers, keep the rest direct, all by simple host rules.
Notiful
A macOS menu-bar utility that grabs one-time passcodes from your notifications and copies them instantly.
Final Notice
A free generator for demand letters — letter and envelope PDF, multiple jurisdictions and languages.
The stack
how it stays upA Proxmox cluster at home does the heavy lifting; Cloudflare sits at the edge for DNS, tunnels, and Workers. Everything ships from a terminal, and an MCP layer lets me drive it all — email, payments, messaging — straight from an AI assistant.
